Wooden bathtub

Wooden bath tub for two people with an elliptical shape made of western red cedar

This bath-tub made of wood can be settle as well inside as outside and is declined in two models. Straight or Far West.

Inside, it should be taken care that there is no heating on the ground or a sauna in the same room, if not wood will tend has to move.

Wood is western red cedar 1st choice, without nodes, resin, without defects, long wood and dried for a great stability.

Wood thickness 40 mm.

Width 88 cm

The interior height of our bath-tubs is of 60 cm, the external height is of 76 cm.

They are equipped in series with a plug clic clac made of brass chrome of Hansegrohe brand on which your plumber can adapt an 1 ”’1/4 fitting drain

Attention there is no over full equipment.

Our two models of bath-tubs have the feet cut out for a better stability and also for esthetics.

In option:

Japanese bath

The Japanese bath also called ofuro is a bath-tub in Hinoki (Japanese cedar).

In the everyday usage, the Japanese baths are filled with warm water and are used to heat those which are plunged there. Some customers order us to fill them of cool water!

The one or the ones that lived or just remained in Japan, knows the Japanese wood bath!

And yes all Japanese has one in their apartment of them or in their house and those which do not have any yet dream to have one of them!

Our range of Japanese baths out of wood settles inside or outside.

Our Japanese bath standards are manufactured in two diameters, 120 cm and 150 cm for better adapting to the space and the number of practitioners.

Wood is western red cedar 1st choice, without nodes, resin, without defects, long wood and dried for a great stability.

Sawn timber thickness 40 mm of form curved to give a better sealing, a softer line which improves the aestheticism largely.

The interior height of our Japanese baths is of 60 cm, the external height is of 76 cm.

They are equipped in series with a plug hansegrohe made of chrome plated brass .

Watch out : there is no overfull

All our ofuros has the feet cut out for a better stability and has a reinforcement located under the bottom at the center.

In option:

– a lid in red cedar in two parts

– we can also put two pass-walls to connect a small boiler to wood, or a turntable with a circulating pump and an electric heater.

– a staircase of access

In the Japanese wood baths, there are those which are circular forms but there are also those which are rectangular or square.

For example, that Ci makes 180 cm length, 120 cm broad and 60cm top.

The interior is oiled, I ballast equipped with a central plug click crack and 4 slopes for the drainage.

Wooden hot tub

The wooden hot tub called also the Scandinavian bath with jets is declined in five diameters, three heights . What makes it possible to adapt perfectly the wooden jacuzzi to the need for each one.

To manufacture this tub, we use only the clear grade Western Red Cedar of Canada. This specie is perfect and durable for this use.

It is, of course, certified FSC and PEFC. Our wood are exclusively machined on vertical grain and are dried slowly what guaranteed the longevity of our products.

The standard interior height of a tub is 1 m but most our customers order them in 1.10 cm and some times in 1.20 for the tallest !

Here dimensions of our tubs:
2-3 people – external Diameter 120 cm
4-5 people – external Diameter 150 cm
6-7 people – external Diameter 180 cm
8-9 people – external Diameter 210 cm
10-11 people – external Diameter 240 cm

The water level is approximately 15 cm under the edge of the hot tub.

The characteristic of our wooden hot tubs is that the staves are machined curved, we are the alone company to do so. This characteristic reinforces the aestheticism of the curve, the sealing and comfort and watertight .

The benches are assembled on crafted and solid frame and fixed at the wall, they are positioned to 45 cm of the bottom .

A wooden tub can be used every day if you like !
We advise to make a shower of rinsing before going in water, that allows to keep water longer. All depend on your health status, but at least 20 mn are needed in water to make slacken the central nervous system so that the effects are optimal for the body and that osmosis between water and the body is to the maximum. The ideal temperature so that the body reacts is 38°c.a to start from 34°c, the effects start to be felt. The pores of the skin will be in vasodilatation and blood circulation will accelerate, which will facilitate the osmosis of elements contained in water (essential wood oils) towards our system.

Our wooden hot tubs are designed in way has to be stand alone, i.e. that they do not need fixings neither on the ground nor with the wall.

Several design are offered to you for the installation:
– on an existing floor if that rather recent and is reinforced
– on a preparation of ground, in the case of a lawn, geotextile + sand+ gravel
– on a flagstone concrete
– on stable paving stones or other materials

Our wooden tubs can be installed as well outside as inside. Several layout configurations are realizable in keeping with the ground, the place, space, the orientation, the obstacles. ; etc but we always find ourselves on one of these three configurations:

We are sensitive to the electricity consumption of our devices, therefore today we propose and market several technological solutions in order to reduce the invoice electric and adapted to each one.

Wooden shower

Outdoor wooden shower

This red cedar shower can be installed indoor or outdoor

The size is unique, it is 2m high (without tap) and 1.03 m outside diameter.

It is equipped with a bottom drain with a 40mm diameter to stick.

It comes with a red cedar duckboard into two parts for easy cleaning. The blades are joined by 3 stainless steel bands with a fastening system

We studied this wooden shower for our customers to install the outside, but more and more we sell them for indoor use!

Normally we deliver this wooden shower assembled on a pallet, on request we can deliver in a disassembled version with numbered pieces. All showers are mounted to the workshop to fit.

Several options are possible:

A splendid wooden door, a shower column with pommel of 20 cm, , a walk of access, a red cedar frame to hide the hoses to install behind the shower

For cleaning: it is enough to rinse the bottom with the tap well and from time to time to pass a sponge impregnated with a disinfectant under the grating. There is nothing to make for the woodwork. Some of our customers put a saturator containing vegetable oil outside.

Wooden Aquabike

Our wooden aquabike is declined in two versions: family or professional use.

Our aquabike was developed thanks to our customers, who sought an aesthetic solution, autonomous and made in France.

We proposed to them this bath-tub very racée with a single design and soft lines.

According to the use that you wish to make, we can equipped and adapted this bath-tub to your needs.

A concept is developing in France: to install several bath-tub of aquabiking and thus to create a dedicated space and very specialized.

– An elliptic bath-tub length 162 cm of width 84 cm and height ext. 140 (Height int 130 cm). Manufactured in red cedar 1st choice without nodes on district and false district (obligatory quality for a great longevity). Thickness of the wall: 40 mm.
– 4 stainless strip iron 304 L with tightening stainless. Delivered assembled.
– Platform staircase 4 levels structure in larch 45 mm X 45 mm and preparing in red cedar thickness 18 mm in vertical and 25 mm into horizontal.
– A group of filtration (pump + filter) of 5 m3/h of German manufacturing, tank diameter 300 mm and mounted on plastic support plate of 500 X.500. Filter equipped with a pressure gauge + purging
– Filtering media, granulated of polished and auto–sterile crushed glass, filtration of 15 μ instead of 40μ with sand, matter recycled and which can be recycled.
– An electric heater of 3kw of the brand Balboa, manufactured in the USA which functions in depression and equipped with an adjustable manual thermostat from 10 to 40 °.
– Exchange of regulation pH and automatic chlorine. It measures and controls the disinfecting capacity of water. Posting digital of the measured values. Case IP 55. Device preventing the overdose.
Equipped with a room of analysis and two probes out of glass + 2 canes of aspiration + 1 temperature sensor + 4 injectors pH & chlorine and room of analysis or a chlorinator assembled in by-pass and delivered with a bucket with slow chlorine roller.
Equipment manufactured in Germany or French
– Electric box seals with differential circuit breaker of 30mA+ circuit breakers adapted to the components + contacteurs+ clock of programming.
– 2 valves ¼ turn out of PVC to insulate all the components for maintenance.

Caution:
– Not delivered with can of chlorine and pH washout (regulation dangerous matters transport)
– Liquid chlorine that you will buy must contain with minium 80% of active chlorine!
– Not delivered with measuring equipment of the quality of water (see store swimming pool or Internet)
– The basin must be drained according to frequentation (asked council your local ARS)
– The manager/owner is responsible in front of the law in the event of control for water by the sanitary services.

Scandinavian bath

The Scandinavian bath, some call it the hot bath, the Norwegian bath, the Scandinavian bath, the hot tub, the Swedish bath, the name changes but the product remains the same one.

To know, a bucket of wood with a heating with wood! here is more the simple expression of the Scandinavian bath! No electricity, not of filtration, the water of the wood bath is heated only by one immersed wood stove or an external boiler with wood

The Scandinavian bath is a means of single and exceptional relaxation. Imagine in a fog of wood scent of cedar, your body is plunged in a water with close to 40° whereas the outside temperature is below 0°…

Whaou, it snows, it is not serious one is well… Assured feelings!

Our Scandinavian bath wood with heating with immersed wood is manufactured in massive western red cedar of top quality. Long wood without node, resin, defect and dried for stability.

Our Scandinavian baths are designed to accommodate from 3 to 9 people, two powers of heating available, a barrier in angle design which makes it possible to have more room inside, delivered with splendid staircase 3 steps in massive cedar and lid out of wooden into two or three parts with Japanese handles, gravitating emptying with external access, protection of the stove with a plate stainless to cut out with the laser.

The emptying of ashes is done easily using a stainless shovel.

The water which is in a barrel out of wooden, is preserved marvelously well. An exchange is created between the interior and outside what makes it possible to preserve water. Contrary to a plastic can, where water turns quickly.

Possibility of supplementing the Scandinavian bath with a filtration, a Uvc lamp, a small heater, a spot, a shelf to put back the bottle and glasses, tubes of massage, a handrail on the staircase to facilitate the access to the Scandinavian bath…

Since we manufacture them in our workshops, we can personalize your Scandinavian bath. The diameter and the height inside can be modified. Consult us!

On Internet you will find stoves smaller than ours in dimension but with larger powers given! what is not possible! because the power of these stoves immersed out of aluminium marine is calculated with the surface of contact with water!

Thus more the stove is small cuts some less it is powerful. Logic to see our boilers any stainless

Wooden sauna

The wooden saunas that we manufacture in our workshops are designed to be installed outdoors but can also be installed inside a building.

Over the years we have developed two forms of wood sauna: the square shape radiated we invented it 7 years ago and round sauna, very popular in Scandinavia and Canada with several options on the bottom of the facade.

Model ROC:

Our wood saunas are available in electric heating release or wood heating.

Our wooden outdoor saunas are always supplied complete ie with all the essential accessories for the proper functioning of a sauna. Bucket, ladle, thermometer-hygrometer, the stones, the hourglass.

For wood-heated sauna version, the wood burning heater turns a sauna bath into a pleasurable experience and adds a touch of traditional sauna atmosphere. The even heat and efficient air circulation guarantee an enjoyable bath.

Round shape saunas:

We have 3 models of round cedar saunas massive

The outside diameter is 188 cm and you have the choice between two lengths 2m or 2.40m

Include both types of conventional heating:

– Electric with a home 8kw stove Harvia stainless steel and equipped with a beautiful wooden protection to avoid direct contact, comes with 20kg of lava rocks.

– Wood stove with a of 16 kilowatts (model M3 in Harvia) cast filled with volcanic stones 30kg protective metal fireplace and stainless steel in Modinox (made in France)

For the Barrel model, we can replace the back wall by Altuglas high thermal and mechanical resistance which gives natural light while keeping an eye on the outside.
